Guide sections
The guide is built around four topics. Privacy covers what a frame and a file can tell strangers about you. Formats covers how a picture works inside and why its size and quality depend on your choice. Rights covers other people's authorship and the people in the frame. Storage covers how not to lose your own photos to a single breakdown.
Photos have long been part of everyday conversation: we reply with a picture instead of words. But this language has its own grammar, and the sooner you learn it, the fewer awkward mistakes you make.
For the sections we pick what is useful without special training: habits that take a minute, clear explanations of terms and answers to questions that come up for anyone who has ever sent a photo. We do not compare software or platforms, do not promise complete anonymity and do not retell the law as ready-made legal solutions.
Privacy
A photo says more than it seems: details of your surroundings stay in the frame, and information about the shot stays in the file. These materials help you notice it in time.

- Collection: Check before posting

Formats
The format determines how a picture looks, how large it is and whether it suits the task. A mistake here is rarely dangerous, but it is often annoying.

Rights
Every photo has an author, and every person in the frame has the right to decide where their image ends up. These materials help you respect both.
